I’m giving a workshop on Feb 28th at the Boca Raton Community Center on Meditation, Breathing and Yoga for Anxiety and Stress Reduction for 3 CEU credits for social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists. It is also open to anyone who wishes to learn.
